Island Paintball Sports is one of the original
paintball fields on Oahu. Located on Bellows Airforce Station, they
are open every Saturday and Sunday, and most holidays. A freindly
staff will be there to greet you, and help you to having a great paintball
experience. They have rental guns and supplies to equip the first
time players. You can also visit their store at 602 Kailua Road #101
in Kailua, which is now an I&I Sports.
Offering a variety of fields, IPS has everything from Jungle Speedball,
to Urban Warfare (as shown here). This particular field featured
large building on one end, and a larged netted bunker in the center of
the field. This was unique in the fact that you could see you opponent
on one side of the net, and even shoot at them. You, however, couldn't
sneak around from either side though, being that it had angles on it from
every direction.
With all of the fields based in the center of paradise, IPS many fields
offer paintball like no other field in the states. The warm tropical
climate, mixed with the variety of fields, makes playing paintball more
enjoyable than your typical field. IPS features more of the orginal
styled fields (with shrubs, trees, and jungle) rather than concept fields.

The MPN, I&I California, and members from Team Broken Arrow, would like to personally thank the IPS owners and staff, and fellow players of Oahu, for a remarkable time. They were extremely courteous and helpful, and made our visit to the island, a memorable one.
